How to enjoy life more…good advice from Steve!

I hope your weekend has been amazing thus far. If it hasn’t been, I have a little tip that may just make the rest of it better. Actually, it will make your whole life better.

This is the number 1 rule to attracting more abundance and blessings into your life right away. Financial, emotional, spiritual, and biological. Are you ready for it? Stop complaining. Stop looking for things in your life and in the world to complain about.

Yes, it may provide us with some kind of pleasure to our egos to complain about “society” or “sheeple” or “the government”. But at what expense? The cost of your peace of mind? The cost of your emotional and energetic state?

The Universe literally responds to your vibration, and your vibration is largely determined by your dominant thoughts and emotions. You aren’t even really giving the Universe a chance to show you magic if you are cutting off potential timelines by trapping yourself in a state of bitterness and hatred. It will only be able to match you with a reality that is aligned with your energetic field.

So here is my challenge to you, and I know you can do it. Try to go an entire day without complaining about anything at all. No complaining about the weather, or the price of gas, or the way your family members chew. You can’t live a positive life with a negative mind. I tried to do this for the first time about a year ago to test myself, and I came upon some discoveries. Right away, you will notice three things as soon as you make the decision to not complain for a day:

1) How much of our complaining is really mental programs running unconsciously to boost our own egos. Complaining is a habit and an addiction. I would catch myself complaining in my daydreams even though I said I wasn’t going to complain that day. Complaining is nothing more than an unconscious habit.

2) How all of a sudden, the fabric of reality tangibly changes in front of you. An internal shift creates an external shift. Everything outside of you shifts when you enter into a space of inner peace.

3) How all of a sudden, there will coincidentally be less things to complain about arising in your life. Funny how that works, right?

You will have so much more energy, happiness, and inner peace the minute you decide you aren’t going to focus your attention on everything that is wrong in your life and in the world.

This increase in energy and happiness always leads to more creativity and clarity, which further generates more abundance in your life.
Who is going to take this challenge for me? For the entire day after you read this, try to see if you can go without complaining. I promise you, if you can get in the habit of catching yourself complain and stop it in its tracks, your entire life will change for the better.

I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend! Breathe deeply. Stand up straight Drink some tea. Keep life simple.

Until next time,

Steve
